We tailor-make a wound regime and recommendations while taking into consideration your wishes and goals. Involving a wound care specialist earlier on in the treatment can reduce the length of time a wound takes to heal.
At our specialist wound clinic, our Nurse Practitioner in wound management can provide our specialised recommendations to your current treatment team, or we can provide ongoing management and tap into your local resources depending on your wants and needs.
Ongoing Regular Consultations Available
If you don't currently have a health team you working with for wound care, our wound care specialist can provide ongoing wound care with regular visits and assessments. We pride ourselves on continuity of care, having one person attending your treatment may be your preference for your treatment.
Wound Consultations for Residential Aged Care Providers
As part of our service, we provide auditing services to aged care facilities. This consists of: auditing current practice, supervising and educating staff, auditing, reviewing and editing facility guidelines with aim to improve outcomes for residents at risk or who are suffering from wounds.
